Safe adhesives

I generally use silcone, epoxy, polyester, acrylic, thinset or mud.

I have always been afraid of PL, liquid nails, etc....

What products that come in a caulk gun tube have you guys found to be safe on light Granite (http://tanbrown.org) s???????
